Limited-benefit plans for mid-size & small employers

Plans designed with the small business in mind

Even though PPACA doesn’t require small businesses to provide health coverage, many employers still want to provide benefits that will allow them to recruit and retain top talent. Others simply want to provide some type of health coverage because it’s the right thing to do.

Unfortunately, the cost of major medical coverage is rising exponentially, making it challenging for small employers to offer this type of benefit plan. In addition, participation and contribution requirements can make this approach even more difficult.

That’s why Ternian has developed two different limited-benefit health plan options designed exclusively for small businesses. Ask yourself the following questions to determine which plan is right for you.
