In our early stages of formation, Ternian® conducted market-based research to assess the needs of uninsured and underinsured individuals. We set out to determine potential coverage gaps in the voluntary marketplace across the spectrum of existing products and services.
The development of our value-driven, Direct Voluntary BenefitsSM is a direct result of our research efforts. We offer innovative solutions for the very different needs of very different employee lifestyles. The plans expand on the health care consumerism movement and give employees choice, information, and a broader range of quality, affordable options.
